- Returns & Refunds: Items must be returned within 7 days in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Goods made to specifications, personalized items, or items with hygiene issues (if unsealed) are not eligible.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning items.
- Warranty: Products may come with up to a 2-year warranty.

1. Delivery & Logistics
- Nairobi CBD Pickups: Customers may opt for “In-Store Pickup” at Kimathi House. Orders must be collected within 72 hours of notification. Please present your M-Pesa confirmation or order ID upon arrival.
- Domestic Shipping (Kenya): We offer doorstep delivery via local couriers. While we strive for same-day delivery within Nairobi, standard transit times for outside regions (Kisumu, Mombasa, Eldoret) are 24–48 hours.
2. Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: We accept M-Pesa (STK Push/Paybill), Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfers
- Order Validation: All orders are processed only after payment confirmation. For high-value M-Pesa transactions, we may require a brief verification to prevent fraudulent activity.
3. Warranty & Liability

Warranty Scope: The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage (cracked screens, liquid spills), power surges (common in local grids), or unauthorized repairs.

Liability Limit: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from a delay in delivery by third-party couriers.
4. Customer Conduct & Security
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect a security breach, price glitch, or fraudulent M-Pesa transaction.
