The DS-2CD2185FWD-IS is an 8MP (3840 x 2160) dome camera with Audio/alarm IO. It has the choice of either a 2.8mm, 4mm or 6mm fixed lens. It is fitted with IR LEDs that provide a maximum distance of 30m in darkness, IK10 vandal resistant housing and IP67 rated weatherproof housing making it a great choice for external applications where vandalism may be a concern.
The DS-2CD2185FWD-IS has 3-axis adjust-ability and a variety of mounting options available helping the user to find the perfect solution to cover their specific areas of interest.
It also comes equipped with a range of image enhancing features such as 3D digital noise reduction technology (3D DNR) and back light compensation (BLC). On top of this is a smart feature set including motion detection, line crossing detection and intrusion detection.
This camera has a built in SD card slot which can be used to its full ability thanks to H.265+ video compression which offers up to 70% savings on storage and bandwidth over H.264.
